Job Order Contracting
We offer a wide range of services to our federal clients, from new construction and mechanical engineering to maintenance and repairs. On Job Order contracts we are signed to oversee a specific job, which we see from start to finish.
IDIQ Contracting
In addition to job contracting, at CCB we also work on an IDIQ basis. Instead of being assigned to a specific project until its completion, IDIQ, or Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contracts, have us working on a retainer that covers any follow-up services like maintenance, restoration, or repairs.
