Energy Upgrades
We are proud to have completed over 30 building envelope and energy upgrade projects for schools in the past decade. These projects ranged from simple window replacements to boiler upgrades and installing rooftop HVAC systems. All of these projects were completed with an eye towards increasing sustainability so these schools may continue to service their communities for years to come.
Trade Services
Buildings and mechanical systems can develop issues at any time, whether it’s the middle of the night or the middle of science class. The CCB team is experienced in providing repair, engineering, and maintenance services to schools who need them, when they need them, all while providing minimal interruption to the day-to-day curriculum.
